Ho chiesto un cioccolato caldo e mi hanno fatto un mogano super forte. Dopo aver esposto il problema hanno inventato mille scuse dando colpa alla mia base, alla mia cute insomma fra un po' davano la colpa a me del risultato. La piega è stata l unica cosa ben fatta. Inoltre mi ha detto che avendo prenotato su treatwell non aveva abbastanza tempo per fare il colore come volevo nonostante avessi una base quasi naturale. Questo pomeriggio ho dovuto contattare d' urgenza un altro parrucchiere.
