Ilaria is a genius, not just a trained professional but she's also very good with people, understanding, caring and easy to talk to. Throughout the 8 hour session there wasn't a single moment I was uncomfortable, she's always by your side, available and answers every need you might have. Highly recommended. Big thumbs up for Ila.
