Lorena was very sweet but my eyebrow wax didn’t look clean or finished, and the tweezers used felt sharp and scratched me. For the bikini wax, I didn’t feel completely comfortable someone walked in while the door was open, and the service wasn’t completely thorough despite booking a full bikini wax.
