The appointment was pleasant, Marcella was very attentive and we had a consult before beginning where I stressed that I did not want very much length taken off.
After the appointment was over I realized she look the liberty of cutting off much more and thinning my hair out to half of it's thickness. I went in with the personal goal of growing my hair out and now I'm set back a good 6 months from my goal. Beyond disappointed.
