I booked an eyelash extension infill. At the appointment I was told that an infill could not be done and that I needed a full set instead. I accepted this and clearly asked for a natural-looking set. However, I was given a Cashmere Glamour set, which was much fuller and more dramatic than what I had requested. I am very disappointed because I specifically communicated that I wanted a natural result, and that request was not followed.
