I had to wait for 15 mins ,over my appointment time,for someone to wash may hair, this girls not knowing what treatment I’ve booked for, someone else (2nd person) came later to rinse my hair, another person(the 3rd) trimmed my hair, and , finally a fourth person blow dry my hair. Hmmm… not sure if this is right …
