I was guided downstairs to the salon’s basement, where I was welcomed by persistent food smell. The treatment space was divided only by a textile curtain. After some minutes I was left alone with a mask on my face for around 20 minutes without any explainations or communication. The phone left to play some
relaxing sounds for me was not able to win against the loud yapping from staff and my practicioner upstairs.
However, the treatment itself was okay and the staff really friendly.
