When I entered the salon on my appointment time I was made to wait for 1 hour before having anyone come to me. While doing my hair there was other people the hairdresser was doing so he left my bleach unattended for more than 30mins. The hair came out super splotchy and the the roots looked insane, but they still made me pay more money on top. I saw other people come in for a blowout and the results looked good but, if you need to do more high skilled thinge things like highlights it’s bad
