Mi hanno fatto aspettare oltre orario del mio appuntamento e la ceretta è stata fatta con la tecnica sbagliata o meglio dire senza nessun tecnica. Ha fatto male più di quanto dovrebbe fare e non è stato usato nessun disinfettante per la pelle.
