Stefano is a fantastic massage therapist who is extremely perceptive and always seems to know exactly how to tailor each session to address your needs/issues at that point in time, even with minimal guidance.
I first tried a session with the main goal of just feeling more relaxed overall, but my expectations were more than exceeded. After just a couple of sessions I have also been noticing an improvement in my posture and alignment, and the difference in my mental and physical well-being.
