I was in Rome on vacation and realized I forgot all my hair styling tools. I was able to efficiently make an appointment with Carlo for a blowout. The minute I walked in he was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and then described his process and got started. He continuously checked in with me while also letting me relax (so much so that I even fell asleep for a bit). Carlo is amazing and I highly suggest booking with him!
