This was the worst manicure that I've ever had. She buffed my nails made them rough and bumpy. She didn't massage my hands or put lotion on. She glopped the polish on and it never did dry. Every one of my cuticles are red and swollen, and i've had to put antibiotic ointment on them. I removed the polish soon after arriving home. The clerk was rude to me because I tried to use my limited Italian and she wanted to use her English. My pedicure looks like I did it myself. I will never retur
