Simpatici e gentili, ma ho avuto una gran difficoltà a comunicare la mia idea di taglio (nella mia testa molto chiara, anche se resa traballante da quella "paura" del tutto normale quando vogliamo affrontare un cambio di stile radicale) perchè continuamente interrotta e dirottata su altre ipotesi, con poco tempo per riorganizzare le idee. Il risultato è stato un taglio (costoso) lontanissimo da quello richiesto, che ho dovuto sistemare a casa (male) con le forbici da cucina perchè disperata.

It's really rare for me to leave a hair dresser 100% happy with the results, probably because I have curly hair. But this time I felt incredible, my hair looked amazing and Elena was super kind, explaining everything she was doing and teaching me some tricks to deal with my curls. Strongly recommend them!

Ormai Francis è una garanzia. E' stata la prima volta che il taglio mi è stato fatto da Camilla e non avevo dubbi sarebbe stato perfetto come sempre.
Prima volta in assoluto invece per il colore e sono soddisfatta anche per questo.
