Luisa gave a friendly, professional service for manicure & pedicure. I was unfamiliar with the process & she was calm & reassuring guiding me through kindly as unfortunately I don't speak Italian. Beautiful nails lasted well & looked fantastic for the family wedding we attended a week later. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
