The atmosphere of the salon and the staff were extremely nice. I asked for highlights and showed a reference photo. When leaving the salon, everything seemed okay, but after the first wash, my hair turned orange. I have noticed how uneven the highlights are; some of them have orange pieces. I can’t wear my hair up in a ponytail. One side of my head has more highlights. I am very sad and disappointed
