Li ho avvisati che sarei arrivata in ritardo e mi han detto di venire comunque senza problemi,mi han offerto pure il caffè e una bella chiacchierata,mi piace come Franca si relaziona con le persone. Io ho fatto taglio e piega con Franca,ha rispettato ciò che le ho chiesto sul taglio e piega ottima ,tornerò sicuramente.

Giuliana was amazing!!! I wanted something quite specific and not knowing Italian so well I was worried, but she took the time to understand and executed my blonde highlights to PERFECTION😍 and was so kind and smiling. I will for sure be coming back to get them with her at Hair Gloss!!
