Having just moved to Milan from the US, it's always hard finding a new stylist, especially for a more complex process like a Keratin Treatment. Nonetheless, I was incredibly happy with how my hair turned out and the price is great for this time intensive treatment. In addition, everyone from Hair Gloss was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
