IF YOU DONT SPEAK ITALIAN THEN DONT COME!!!! THE LADY WITH THE GLASSES HAD THE WHOLE TIME AN ATTITUDE AND NEARLY PULLED ALL MY HAIR OUT!! It was only cutting and toner. For that u dont have to speak that well english. And if you dont speak italian they will charge u more. Rather go to a more central place. I paid 70euro for toner and 2cm cut. I told them at the end that i was not happy at all with the service but they didnt care! And i also ask about the price that was not correct.
