I had a highly disappointing experience at this salon. Despite scheduling an appointment, I ended up waiting over two hours, with no explanation or apology from the staff. Throughout my time there, I received no greeting or acknowledgment, which was surprising and disheartening. As a foreigner who doesn't speak Italian fluently, I understand there may be some language barriers, but a basic level of courtesy and respect should be universal. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
