I arrived in Italy from the US for vacation, and with a disaster for hair...I walked in without an appointment, and Luca and his staff flew into motion to help fix the situation. Luca was kind, helpful, insightful and immensely talented and knowledgeable. Walter was a kind and talented support in taking on the challenge. I can't tell you how much I appreciated everyone's kindness and efforts. Looking forward to my next visit to Florence, and I will definitely arrive with an appointment next time!
