I will start with the positive experience - my actual hairstylist was nice and accommodating. I liked the color and also the fringe trim. She had also a good command of English. The negatives - there was no explanation or introduction of the products or brands that are going to be used on my hair, which is important on the first visit the new salon. There was a salon assistant who in general very rude in communication and unwelcoming towards me, which made my visit utterly unpleasant.
