Great experience overall! I really liked everything. The only small issue was that I booked my appointment with a specific nail technician, but on the day of my appointment I noticed in the app that I had been assigned to a different technician. I’m not sure whether this change was made by the salon or automatically by the app, but I wanted to mention it, I have the track also in the emails I received, so I’m sure it was not my mistake . Aside from that, everything was excellent!
