Locale non molto pulito, pedicure grossolana e smalto messo in modo insolito rispetto a tutti gli altri centri estetici provati. Sicuramente l'unica cosa a favore è stato il prezzo.

Hi, I am deeply disappointed with the experience with Letizia wellness. When I arrived, I was not asked what kind of eyelash extensions I want. The lady was very impatient and did not care to specify about what I want. So I trusted her and just let her do her job. When it was done, it looked extremely messy. I have been doing eyelash extensions for over a year and have never met a problem like that. She also stuck my top and bottom eyelashes together such that I could not open my eyes, and she forced it open by pulling out my real eyelashes. It was extremely painful. Not only did it look messy, the eyelashes were stuck to my eyelid on the roots of my real eyelash. It was very uncomfortable and I decided to remove everything on my own the moment I got home. Because honestly, I do not even trust her to remove it properly. I am pretty sure that my eyelashes are pretty damaged now and it was a complete waste of money. I want a refund. Thank you.
