Avevo preso appuntamento per le 10:30. Sono arrivata alle 10:15 ed il negozio era ancora chiuso. Alle 10:20 ho ricevuto una chiamata dall’operatrice del negozio dicendo che aveva avuto un problema e che doveva posticipare l’appuntamento. Pessimo
