*Note, I am American and my Italian is very weak so we were communicating with photos and mostly Google translate!*
Federico was very kind and patient when learning what I wanted. He asked before cutting too much and checked in with me throughout the haircut. 4/5 stars because it's not a perfect cut for my hair, but that may be attributed to my lack of Italian language to better explain how I style it. I would recommend the salon, they were nice and it was relaxing and reasonably priced!
