Nessun rispetto per il cliente Il trattamento prenotato costava 20 euro; mi hanno fatto pagare 30 euro. Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni mi hanno detto che il trattamento da 20 non c’era più. Peccato che nessuno si sia preso la briga di informarmi.
