I never even got my service. I booked my appointment, hired a babysitter, walked 20 minutes to the spa. The spa was closed when I arrived. Nobody showed up for my appointment. When I called, nobody answered. I finally got a call from the owner hours later and I had to ask for an apology. The owner said she would call me this evening to reschedule my service. She never called me.
