My haircut with Anna was amazing! Unfortunately, my experience with the massage & styling was horrible! She was trying to sell me her daughter’s products the entire time - not very professional nor relaxing. Even more unfortunate, when I shared this experience with the person at the front desk weeks later, asking her to share this info privately with mgmt, I was told that she wouldn’t because the person simply likes to chat and would make a note not assign her to me in the future...
