I paid €206 and left feeling devastated. My hair is fried and breaking, and I was charged €104 more than expected without proper explanation. I was even charged €40 for a treatment I don’t think I received. Bleach was used during the blow-dry and not rinsed properly, leaving my hair severely damaged. I’m a young student and feel taken advantage of. This experience felt dishonest and careless. I just wanted to go home and cry. Very disappointed.
