Terrible, never showed up for my online appointment I was on vacation and thought it would be a nice experience to treat myself to getting my hair done. I own a salon and thought it would be nice to get treated for a change.I waited over 35 minutes for my appointment at 9am and there were several people waiting for the salon to open as well.I finally asked a local to call, they answered for them (I am American and never answered) They said they could be there by 10am for them. Sad
