Emma is excellent. Re: Nine as a Members club, Great that there is a gym, spa and treatments in once place. The decor is eclectic, and there are some really interesting members to connect with. Staff are usually inflexible to members, cleanliness over the weekends could be better, amenities are inconsistently available, and availability of facilities off/on. E.g ice bath
