Less than a week after my nail service performed by Giovanna, two of my nails fell off. She was very harsh on my cuticles during the appointment and did not improve even after receiving feedback. She had to learn how to perform certain aspects of the service. The salon prices are already on the higher end and having an inexperienced nail professional essentially practice on clients for 45 euros is completely unacceptable. Complete waste of money!
