My husband and I have been going to Massimo at NOI salon for years when we are in Rome. What can I say...there are no words to describe the mastery of Massimo and his genius at coloring, cutting and lovely fun and humorous conversation that one has with everyone working there, Cristian, Stefania and often, the clients! My hair is not young, let us say, and Massimo brings it to life with subtle sunlight weaving and contrasting colors throughout. I wait six months in France without a hairdresser for the moment I return to Rome and NOI. Everyone speaks English and the atmosphere is warm, like a family. I have had many experiences with salons, but NOI is above and beyond the others. If you are ever in Rome, GO. You'll never reget it...I am sad already that we will not be in Rome for some months until we are able to visit NOI and be transformed!

I really like this saloon and their approach ( long term strategy for achieving your goal but with mindfulness regarding hair quality). I did coloring, highlights, toning, cutting and styling with them.
