Treatment began 30 minutes after original time. Was left waiting at the sink for this time. Stylist began to wash my hair with cold water before it got warm. Told to pay more as treatwell price was wrong, although it only showed one option for a cut. Told to pay in cash which I didn't have as paid online. No heat protector before blowdry. Wasn't shown the back of my hair when finished. Stylist was warm but manager was surly trying to upsell colouring and told me not to book on treatwell again.
