I had a terrible experience at this salon. It was so small and more of a men's barber shop. I explained what I was looking for prior to the appointment to make sure it was something that could be done and was assured that they could do it, however when I got to the salon the staff member just kept yelling at me and wouldn't listen to any concerns for corrections. She refused to make changes. This was terrible I left in tears.
