Avevo prenotato per le 19h e sono arrivata 10 minuti in anticipo, ho aspettato 20 minuti e mi hanno detto che ci sono 5 persone prima di me e che devo aspettare almeno 1 ora!! Assolutamente inaccettabile!! Personale indecente, urlando in cinese. Salone sporco. Non tornerò mai più!! - I arrived 10min before my appointment and I was told that there are 5 people before me and to wait at least 1 more hour!! Absolutely unacceptable! Rude personnel, place very dirty! Would not recommend at all! This was my second time and I will not go back again! Last time the same thing happened.
