They called me the day before asking if I’m okay with a 11:30 am appointment. I very clearly said no and I’d like to stick to my original 10:30 appointment. Then they asked me for 11 am I reluctantly said yes. I got there at 11 am and they still made me wait for half an hour when I very specifically said I have lunch reservations at 12:30. We kept asking them and they kept saying five mins. No apology or even a modicum of regret. In fact they got annoyed at me because I was upset.
