Ho chiamato prima per chiedere se fosse possibile posticipare l’appuntamento di 10 minuti e mi hanno risposto di no, ma quando sono arrivata (puntuale) mi hanno fatto attendere 30 minuti. Poltrone piene di capelli dei clienti precedenti e macchiate.
