It seemed like she was in a rush which didn't leave a good impression. Her treatment also felt rough and left some of my cuticles bleeding and hurting. The treatment ended oddly as well but that could just be due to the fact that I'm not sure if manicures are supposed to end with someone putting oil on my fingers, ignoring me for a few minutes before telling me that that was it.

The customer service was excellent even though we had a language barrier between us. They agreed to start my appointment earlier and it changed the pedicurist from AnnaG to Arianna who did an amazing job.
