It was easy to make an appointment. All staff were professional and friendly. Tea and coffee offered during appointment. They listened carefully my wishes and provided the advise if necessary. Used very good and trusted products. Additional to manicure and hair style I asked for makeup for special occasion and it was organised very quickly. Very impressive and result exceed my expectations.
