I stopped by spontaneously without an appointment on our way home from a trip to Florence, and from the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth and genuine hospitality. Despite a significant language barrier—we communicated entirely through translators—they understood exactly what I had in mind and even offered helpful suggestions. Everyone was incredibly kind and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I absolutely love my haircut – thank you so much!!
