I made an appointment online and was told that no, that information isn’t correct, could I come an hour earlier. As a visitor to Naples, who had PREPAID for my pedicure, I felt I couldn’t say no. So I rushed from the train station to the hotel to the place. Which was hot. I had to ask to turn the air conditioning on. The woman who was doing my pedicure was throwing the used cotton from the removal into the water where my feet would go and then expected me to put my feet back in. Very unsanitary
