Very disappointing experience. I chose a simple design after being told it was possible, but the nail prep was rushed, painful, and poorly done. The design was patchy, uneven, and looked nothing like the reference. When I said I wasn’t willing to pay €60 for this quality, they ignored my concerns and kept painting my nails. I felt trapped, left without finished nails, and received no refund. I cannot recommend this salon.
