As a tourist enjoying the sun and beaches of Puglia, I needed my nails redone. The very friendly nail artists made sure I felt comfortable and the language barrier didn't feel like one becuase everybody was ready to step in and help translate! Last and most importantly: I have never had such a gentle and exact pedicure done before! Thanks! :-)

Hanno cancellato il mio appuntamento due ore prima creandomi un gran disagio e ho dovuto anche discutere parecchio per farmi rimborsare tramite la piattaforma. Molto poco seri. Decisamente sconsigliato

Ho prenotato l’appuntamento via app la Sera per la mattina successiva alle 8.30. Alle 6.30 la titolare mi ha contattato su Instagram per annullare. Mi ha proposto altri orari nei giorni successivi ma io ero in vacanza e non potevo. Ho chiesto di cancellare per ottenere il rimborso ma dice che devo farlo io, cosa che mi risulta impossibile. Risultato: ho pagato per un servizio mai fruito e non riesco a contattare Treatwell per il rimborso. Non ho mai visitato il centro nè fruito dei suoi servizi
