I paid 30 euros for my treatment (shellac application) in the app & went to the salon. I had shellac on my nails and they took it off and applied the new shellac. The technician didn’t talk to me at all during the entire treatment.
When I got up to leave the technician said I had to pay ANOTHER 20 euros for the removal of my shellac. I told them I am not paying that because they did not mention it before or during the treatment.
I think they tried to scam me because I’m not Italian.
