Appuntamento alle 18.30, mi fanno accomodare alle 19. Ci mettono poi due ore per fare una pedicure che richiede 45 minuti perché impegnate con altre clienti. Talmente in ritardo che non sono neanche riuscita a terminare la manicure come previsto.
