I was a bit worried because my previous experiences doing face cleanings in Milan were all very bad. But in the end Serena was super good at doing it, she removed my black dots which was my biggest concern, she explained a lot of things about my skin and what should be my skin routine. Every of this finalized by a nice massage in a super relaxed environment
