I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I asked for a natural, golden balayage with soft, warm highlights. Instead, my entire head was bleached much more than agreed, and the result turned out very light, almost white blonde, which is not what I wanted at all.
On top of that, my hair feels VERY dry, dead and like straw after the treatment. looks like i cant save my hair now. I was expecting a soft, natural result, but unfortunately it turned out very different.

Sono bravissime! Ho vagato tanto tra saloni più o meno conosciuti per coprire i bianchi, prima con schiariture, poi coperture con colore e arancio che usciva … un incubo, non sapevo più nemmeno cosa chiedere… e poi ho trovato loro! Ha capito esattamente l’obiettivo, i capelli sono rinati e io finalmente mi vedo in ordine, come avrei sempre voluto. Niente più arancio e niente più biondo brutale che danneggia tutti i capelli…inoltre sono molto attente e il salone è molto pulito.. TOP
