This is the second time I go to this place, the first time it was perfect! But this second time I really have to say that I don't like it, but Most of all because of the terrible attitude of the girl who did my nails, always pulling my hand in a bad way, she didn't even speak to put my hands in the machine she made gestures to me, I wanted to do something different but given the attitude I preferred something simple and wanted to leave the place, the job she did was not very good so much that she put cream on my hand full of dust from what she had filed...I know that not all the girls who work in this place are like that, but this girl needs to work on her character to serve a customer...
E' la prima volta che andavo da U Nails SPA e devo dire che mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale molto cortese, ragazze molto attente e precise. Sono riuscite a consigliare bene la forma dell'unghia più adatta alla mia mano, grande scelta di colori e di nail art.
Nonostante io abbia preso appuntamento con poco anticipo, super disponibili nel riuscire a bloccarne uno in pochissimo tempo.
Ho già preso appuntamento per il ritocco per il prossimo mese, consapevole di continuare la mia esperienza da loro.
