I really didn’t want to leave a bad review. People at salon seemed really nice and my hair seemed good at the salon. When i came back home i looked more carefully in the mirror and i found a lot of patches of hair that received no bleach at all. On the sides and on the back. The toner was put properly only at the top layer of the head. Bottom length , back and sides received some toner here and there only, so i look like a zebra. Extremely disappointed… Won’t come back!
